Will McCurdy is a Senior Associate for Blue Vista’s commercial real estate credit platform, Blue Vista Finance, with responsibility for supporting all aspects of loan origination, underwriting and asset management.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Will was a Supervisor in the Valuation Advisory Services practice at RSM in Chicago, specializing in commercial real estate valuation and transaction-based consulting. Prior to working at RSM, Will was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in commercial real estate valuation for financial and tax reporting purposes. He began his real estate career at First Midwest Bank as a Credit Analyst, working in the commercial real estate lending division.
Will earned a BA in Business Administration with a finance specialization from Illinois Wesleyan University.
