Teresa Rykowski is a Fund Controller at Blue Vista for the firm’s real estate equity investment vehicles. Teresa’s primary responsibilities include cash management, investment accounting, financial statement preparation and various other accounting activities.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Teresa spent five years in third-party fund administration. Most recently, Teresa was a Senior Associate at Cortland Capital Market Services, where she was responsible for onboarding newly launched funds, as well as conversions of existing funds. Teresa has experience with a variety of structures and fund types across private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
Teresa earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
