Tammy Kelly is an Executive Vice President at Blue Vista, with responsibility for the strategic oversight and performance of one of Blue Vista’s key strategic partnerships focused on investing in U.S. self-storage assets.
Prior to rejoining Blue Vista, Tammy served as Managing Director, Head of Asset Management & Operations at EQT Real Estate, successor firm of Redwood Capital Group, where she oversaw all aspects of asset management and operations for the firm’s U.S. multifamily portfolio. Tammy has over 25 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, and investment strategy, and has completed more than $4 billion in real estate transactions.
Tammy earned a BA in Business Administration from DePaul University and holds both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. She is a past President of CREW Chicago and remains active within CREW Chicago and CREW Network through various leadership and committee roles.
