Sei-Hyun Kwon is the Head of Investor Relations and Business Development in Asia. He anchors Blue Vista’s on‑the‑ground presence in the Asia-Pacific region, where he supports long‑term regional engagement and serves as a local point of contact for investment partners and industry stakeholders.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, he served as an Executive Vice President at IGIS Asset Management, South Korea’s largest real estate asset manager, where he focused on global real estate investments across the United States and Europe. Over the course of his career, Sei-Hyun has led investment and asset management activities totaling approximately USD 4.5 billion, encompassing global real estate investments, capital raising, and financing execution in collaboration with leading global general partners.
Sei-Hyun holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
