Analyst
Riley Prinsen is an Analyst at Blue Vista and a member of the firm’s Acquisitions team. In her role, Riley contributes to the financial modeling of potential investments, the evaluation of investment performance, and the research of property sectors and key industries.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Riley interned at Ballast Investments, located in San Francisco, where she worked on the Asset Management team. She also interned with Northmarq in the Minneapolis office for the Loan Servicing department.
Riley earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with majors in Finance, Investment, & Banking and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics.
