Randall Anderson is an Associate on the Investor Solutions team at Blue Vista, where he develops and manages relationships with existing and prospective investors and raises capital for the firm’s various real estate strategies.
Prior to his current role, Randall was an Associate on Blue Vista’s Acquisitions team, where he led financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and all aspects of underwriting and transaction execution for the firm’s real estate equity strategies. Randall worked on 25 transactions spanning multiple property types, U.S. geographies, capital structures, and risk profiles. Before joining Blue Vista, Randall interned at Ares Management in New York on the real estate debt team, where he assisted with underwriting and loan origination. Prior to Ares Management, Randall interned at Employees Retirement System of Texas in Austin, supporting the real estate investment group’s analysis of private fund managers and REITs.
Randall earned a BBA with a double major in Finance & Real Estate from Georgia State University.
