Randall Anderson is a Senior Analyst at Blue Vista responsible for financial modeling, market research, and all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process for Blue Vista’s real estate equity strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Randall interned at Ares Management in New York on the real estate debt team where he assisted in the modeling and financial analysis of loans. Prior to Ares Management, Randall interned at ERS of Texas in Austin supporting the real estate investment group with the analysis of private fund managers and REITs.
Randall earned a BBA with a double major in Finance & Real Estate from Georgia State University.
