Packy Murdock

Packy Murdock is an Analyst at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.

Prior to joining Blue Vista, Packy worked as an intern at Crow Holdings Capital on the Acquisitions team in Dallas, where he assisted in the modeling and financial analysis of value-add real estate opportunities. Prior to Crow Holdings, Packy interned at Home Partners of America where he worked with the Valuations team.

Packy earned a BBA with a major in Finance and minors in Real Estate and Poverty Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
