Mikaela Bidart is an Analyst at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Mikaela interned on the Asset Management team at W.P. Carey in New York, supporting market research, financial analysis, and tenant credit analysis. She also interned on the Acquisitions team at Olympus Property in Newport Beach.
Mikaela earned a BBA with a major in Finance and minors in Real Estate and Energy Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
