Malloree Winston is the HR Manager at Blue Vista focusing on Human Capital Management and effectively representing the interests of our team members. Malloree brings over a decade of People Operations experience to the role. Her primary responsibilities revolve around enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction and wellbeing through culture building and implementing organizational strategies. Malloree is also responsible for performing HR functions including overseeing the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, talent acquisition, analyzing performance metrics, administering total rewards, managing employee relations, professional development offerings, designing policies and procedures, DEI programming, and promoting retention initiatives. Malloree is a member of the firm’s Operations Committee.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Malloree worked as a HR Generalist at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Prior to that role, she was the HR Coordinator at PR Asset Management.
Malloree earned a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, with minors in Communications and Political Science. Malloree is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
