Kevin Koskela is an Assistant Controller at Blue Vista. Kevin is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting processes for Blue Vista’s equity funds and separate accounts.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Kevin spent four years at Plante Moran as a Consultant. Prior to Plante Moran, Kevin worked seven years at two Real Estate companies, The Scion Group and Bradford Allen Realty. At The Scion Group, Kevin worked as a Property Accountant and Senior Property Accountant, and he was responsible for overseeing a team of five Property Accountants who did the accounting for a portfolio of over 30 student housing properties. At Bradford Allen, Kevin worked as a Director and Senior Director of Finance. He was responsible for the implementation of many different departmental efficiencies.
Kevin earned his Bachelor’ of Sciences in Accounting at Illinois State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
