Keara Kelly is an Analyst at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Keara interned at Eastdil Secured in the Chicago office, where she assisted the team with financial analysis, market research, and the creation of marketing materials. She also interned at Cushman & Wakefield in Cleveland, supporting both the office and industrial brokerage teams.
Keara earned a BBA with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Notre Dame.
