Justin Yagerman is a Managing Director at Blue Vista, where he leads fundraising and growth initiatives for the firm’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) and living strategies. In this role, he oversees capital formation, investor strategy, and product positioning across Blue Vista’s BTR and living strategies platform, working closely with investment and senior leadership.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Mr. Yagerman co-founded Roofstock Capital Management, where he served as President and led strategy and execution across the firm’s investment platform. His responsibilities included institutional business development, as well as the strategy, structuring, formation, and distribution of proprietary investment products serving both institutional and retail investors.
Prior to forming Roofstock Capital Management, Mr. Yagerman was Head of Business Development for Invesco Private Capital, where he oversaw global product development and structuring, client and market strategy, business development, investor relations, and fundraising across the private capital platform. Before Invesco, he served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Strategy at Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (now owned by Mercuria). Prior to that, he was an Executive Director and Senior Client Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Mr. Yagerman also held positions at Bear Stearns & Co, Inc., Wachovia Securities (Wells Fargo and Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc.
Mr. Yagerman earned a BS degree in government from Cornell University.
