J.P. Sletteland

J.P. Sletteland is a Principal at Blue Vista, where he leads New Business Development for the firm’s Equity Group. In this role, J.P. is responsible for deal origination and cultivating and managing development and operating partner relationships across the United States.

Prior to joining Blue Vista, J.P. worked with several U.S. and international real estate private equity investment managers, with experience spanning business development, product development, client solutions, and investor relations.

J.P. earned a BA in Political Science from Union College and an MSc in Real Estate from Columbia University.
