Heather Tate is a Senior Vice President at Blue Vista, with responsibility for asset management and special initiatives across the firm’s various real estate equity strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Heather was a Vice President at Starwood Capital Group, where she oversaw asset/investment management responsibilities for a portfolio of approximately $2.4B in conventional multifamily across the US. Prior to that, Heather was an Asset Manager at Prudential Global Investment Management in Chicago and Atlanta. In that capacity, she was responsible for managing distressed loans and REO assets across all major commercial property types nationwide, completing over $1.4B in loan resolutions and/or REO dispositions.
Heather earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a concentration in Consulting and Finance.
