Grace Yang

Grace Yang is a Senior Associate at Blue Vista’s commercial real estate credit platform, Blue Vista Finance, with responsibility for supporting all aspects of loan origination, underwriting, and asset management.

Prior to joining Blue Visa, Grace was an analyst at Lakeshore Management on the acquisition team, where she worked on evaluating multifamily acquisitions across the U.S., assisting with due diligence and deal closing as well as acquisition financing and refinancing.

Grace earned an MS in Project Management with specialization in Real Estate Development from Northwestern University. Grace has also passed CFA level III exam and FRM level I exam.
