Garrison Brock

Garrison Brock is a Senior Analyst at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition, underwriting, and capital markets process for Blue Vista’s real estate equity strategies.

Prior to joining Blue Vista, Garrison worked as an analyst at CBRE in Atlanta, where he supported the hotels capital markets teams. Prior to joining full-time, Garrison worked as an intern on the CBRE Atlanta capital markets team.

Garrison earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Certificate in Business Fundamentals with Distinction from UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce.
