Evan Frank is a Vice President and Tax Director at Blue Vista, with responsibility for overseeing all tax matters, including tax compliance and planning at both the corporate and investment vehicle levels.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Evan was a Tax Supervisor at Miller Cooper & Co., Ltd., where he provided tax compliance and advisory services for clients primarily in the real estate, construction, and transportation and logistics industries. While at Miller Cooper & Co., Ltd., Evan also spent several years providing compliance services for high-net worth individuals and consolidated corporations.
Evan earned a MS in Taxation and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
