Eli Daitch is a Senior Analyst at Blue Vista, with responsibility for portfolio management, financial modeling, investor reporting, valuations, and investment strategy research activities for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.
Eli began his career at Wintrust Bank, where he spent over two years as a Credit Analyst, underwriting commercial real estate loans and gaining deep exposure to CRE lending practices. Most recently, he completed a year-long rotational program across four leading real estate firms, each offering a distinct perspective on the industry: Waterton, JDI Realty, Ravinia Communities and AJ Capital.
Eli earned a BS in Informatics from Indiana University, complemented by a Business Cognate and a Financial Literacy minor through the Kelley School of Business.
