Chase Fanning

Chase Fanning is an Associate at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process firm’s real estate equity strategies.

Prior to joining Blue Vista, Chase worked as an intern at Mack Real Estate Group in New York supporting the acquisitions, development, and debt financing teams. Prior to Mack Real Estate Group, Chase worked as an intern for ConAm Management Corporation in San Diego supporting the acquisitions and development teams.

Chase earned a BA in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
