Analyst
Ben Cummings is an Analyst at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Ben worked as an intern at Logistics Property Company, where he assisted in the sourcing and underwriting of industrial development deals in the Chicago area. During this time, he gained additional experience in capital markets, asset management, and project management.
Ben earned a BBA with a double major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
