Analyst, Acquisitions
Bella Shim is an Analyst at Blue Vista and a member of the firm’s Acquisitions team. In this role, Bella assists with underwriting and financial modeling for prospective investments, evaluates investment performance, and conducts research across property sectors and key industries.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Bella interned with JLL in their Chicago office, working within the Capital Markets team. She also interned at Sterling Bay in Chicago, where she gained experience on the Leasing and Marketing teams.
Bella earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with majors in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Management.
