Alexa Weston is a Vice President at Blue Vista, with responsibility for financial modeling, market research, joint venture partner interaction and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Alexa was a Senior Associate in the Economic Valuation Services practice at KPMG, LLP in Chicago; while at KPMG, Alexa worked on transactional real estate valuations, commercial real estate appraisals for internal planning and financial reporting purposes, and assisted in the audit practice by reviewing a number of institutional investors’ quarterly and annual real estate portfolio valuations.
Alexa earned a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Ohio State University.
