The platform offers investors creative first mortgage bridge lending solutions to enable real estate owners to re-position and optimize the value of their properties. Our lending range of $5-50 million per property means that we focus on local multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality properties. For each loan, Blue Vista’s experienced team evaluates the integration of the underlying property in its sub-market to help determine income sustainability and value.
